It’s Masters week and I’m up in Augusta with my hubs so I’ll be trying to post one workout every day for you guys to try. Here’s today’s workout:
We are doing 3 Rounds for TIME then finishing with 1 minute of Abs! So keep track of your time for each round and post!
10 Dive Bomber Pushups
20/20 Squat/leg lifts (20 on each leg)
10/10 Side Plank hip lift (10 on each side)
10/10 Pistol Squats (as low as you can go, 10 on each side)
Finish with 1 minute of abs: Lay on your back, double leg lift, reach hands through straddled legs, then do a hip lift. We did these last week so most of you know them. If you don’t, do as many leg lifts as you can do in 1 minute. POST YOUR TIME!
